Our 3 ply and 5 ply corrugated boxes are regular slotted cartons (RSC): all four flaps are the same length and meet in the middle, so very little board is wasted. 3 ply (single wall) suits lighter products; 5 ply (double wall) carries heavier loads and higher stacks. We make them to your inner dimensions with 120–280 GSM kraft paper, plain or printed in up to 4 colours.
